A flexible work environment at CloudRaft means you are still working in our standard hours aligned to the project but a certain flexibility is extended to all team members, particularly during onboarding, to accommodate individual needs. This flexibility operates within established guidelines, and everyone is expected to adhere to company rules regarding attendance, responsiveness during work hours and work commitments.
